Based on the story by Robert Louis Stevenson, Dr. Henry Jekyll believes that there are two distinct sides to men - a good and an evil side. Novelist Thad Beaumount has buried his alter ego George Stark, a pseudonym he used when writing fiction of a darker nature than he would write using his real name. He even stages a mock burial of George for the benefit of the press. When a local man is killed, evidence leads Sheriff Alan Pangborn to George’s grave, and he begins to suspect Thad. Meanwhile Thad is beginning to have visions of sparrows flying, something that hasn’t occurred for twenty-three years since he had brain surgery. As the string of gruesome murders continue, someone claiming to be George Stark starts calling Thad on the phone. Thad fears for his family’s safety, and Pangborn can’t decide whether or not Thad is the murderer.

MTV junkies Beavis and Butt-head awaken one day to find their beloved TV stolen. On their adventure to do a murderous smuggler’s wife (Demi Moore), they encounter an FBI agent (Robert Stack) with a predilection for cavity searches, two rather familiar looking ex-Motley Crue roadies, Mr. Van Driessen singing “Lesbian Seagull”, a little old lady, and, of course, Mr. Anderson and his trailer. “Slipstream” is a noir-comedy about an actor and would-be screenwriter, who at the very moment of his meeting with Fate, comes to discover that life is random and fortune is sightless as he is thrown into a vortex where time, dreams, and reality collide in an increasingly whirling slipstream. The film will be a complex, surreal and dreamlike tale of one man’s journey.

Earl Brooks is a highly respected businessman and was recently named Portland’s Man of the Year. He hides a terrible secret however: he is a serial killer known as the Fingerprint Killer. He has been attending AA meetings and has kept his addiction to killing under control for two years now but his alter ego, Marshall, has re-appeared and is pushing him to kill again. When he does kill a couple while they are making love, he is seen and photographed by someone who also his own death and murder fetish. In a parallel story, the police detective investigating the murder is having problems of her own. She is going through a messy divorce and a violent criminal who had vowed revenge some years before has escaped from prison and is after her.
